2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns except in cases where the issue is due to our error. Specifically, returns will be considered if:

  • The item received was not the one ordered.
  • The item arrived damaged, and a damage report has been filed with the shipping carrier.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
