Delivery and Payment Policy

1. Payment

We primarily use PayPal for processing payments. PayPal is a secure platform that allows you to make payments, send money, and receive funds without exposing your financial details.

PayPal employs advanced data encryption and anti-fraud technologies to protect your information and minimize the risk of online fraud. It is renowned for its security and ease of use. With PayPal, you can pay using a credit or debit card or your PayPal balance. Please note that all transactions on our website are processed in US Dollars.

You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. You can use your credit or debit card directly without creating a PayPal account.

2. Handling Time

Order processing times vary by brand. Here are the typical processing times for each brand:

4. Shipping Restrictions

Oversized Parts

All orders are shipped by air, but shipping companies impose size and weight restrictions that vary by country. For oversized parts, please contact us before placing your order to avoid potential cancellations. We may be able to arrange shipment for an additional fee.

Examples of oversized parts that may have shipping restrictions include:

Dangerous Goods (DG)

Certain auto parts are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be shipped by air. For example, airbags and components containing gas are considered dangerous goods. Transporting these items by air poses risks to health, safety, property, and the environment.

Examples of dangerous goods include:

5. Attention International Customers

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Import charges vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any additional costs before making a purchase.

All international orders are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) Incoterms, meaning that the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes.

6. Parts Availability

Part availability is updated regularly on our website. However, due to rapid inventory changes, there may be rare instances when a part becomes unavailable after you place an order. If you order multiple parts, we will ship the available items and issue a refund for any parts that cannot be fulfilled, as well as any shipping cost difference.

In some cases, we may need to cancel your order due to:

  • Part no longer available
  • Part classified as dangerous goods
  • Part difficult to ship internationally due to size (though arrangements for additional shipping costs may be possible)

If we are unable to fulfill your order, it will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
